I lead data and AI transformation at enterprise scale. Currently heading a 15-person data foundations practice with full P&L accountability, I combine deep technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver measurable business outcomes.

My approach centres on building high-performing teams and implementing AI-powered platforms that genuinely reduce costs and accelerate delivery. Over the past decade, I've architected cloud-native data platforms for FTSE 100 banks, global retailers, and healthcare organisations—consistently achieving 20-60% operational cost reductions.

I'm particularly focused on the practical application of generative AI in data management. My team has developed autonomous agents for data quality and master data management that are transforming how enterprises handle their data foundations.
